1 Tablespoon Basil, Fresh (about Two Large Leaves), chopped fine
1 Tablespoon Parsley, Fresh, chopped fine
2 1/2 Teaspoons Oregano, Fresh, chopped fine
1/4 Teaspoon Rosemary, Fresh, chopped fine
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme, Fresh, chopped fine
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt, or to taste
Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Toss and pour olive oil over it. Toss again mixing thoroughly.

- Refrigerate for up to 2 days. When ready to serve bring back to room temperature. Then serve.
Notes: Make at least an hour before serving and let marinate at room temperature. This process allows for the flavors to mingle.
Serving Ideas: Serve with warm bread. Wrap bread in tinfoil and heat at 350 degrees for 3 – 4 minutes. Unwrap slice and serve.
