Sorry, I haven’t posted in a while but life has been…life. Now that I’ve had a moment to catch my breath and spring is in the air. I have been working on some great food recipes to share. Brand new slow cooker, smoking and grilling recipes and many others. I’ve even extended my kitchenware with some new accessories & equipment, such as; cast iron pans, dutch ovens and a charcoal & smoker grill, etc. I don’t know why I lived so long with them. Especially the cast iron pans which really do improve the flavor of the food as well as my cooking experience.
