This sauce is a perfectly tasty treat to top seafood and vegetables, like asparagus and artichokes.
3 Tablespoons Butter, Unsalted
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, or juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 Tablespoon White Cooking Wine, optional

1. In a metal small saucepan melt butter on medium until hot. Lower temperature just a little and continue stirring until butter turns brown.
2. Add lemon juice and wine. Stir while cooking about 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and serve
