This mayonnaise packs a punch and is the perfect spread for Roast Beef sandwiches or to serve as a condiment with Roast Beef Entrees.
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (Hellmann’s Original)
2 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish, drained
2 Dashes Cayenne Pepper
2 Dashes Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1. In a small mixing bowl add all ingredients and whip until smooth and creamy. Give it a taste to see if you would prefer more of a kick if so add more drained horseradish and cayenne pepper.
2. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Can be store in a tightly-covered container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
