The perfect deli style ham salad for sandwiches, tea sandwiches or to scoop up with your favorite crackers.
3 Cups Diced Cooked Ham (Ham steaks work great or use leftovers)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Sweet Relish
1/4 Cup Onions, chopped fine
1/4 Stalk Celery, chopped fine
2 Teaspoons Spicy Brown Mustard
Black Pepper, to taste

1. In food processor add ham and pulse until ham is in small crumbles resembling bacon bits.Then add in celery and onion and do three quick pulses to release flavors.
2. then transfer ham mixture to a medium size mixing bowl add mayonnaise, mustard, relish and stir until well blended. Stir in black pepper to taste.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. (Store for no more than 4 days)
Serving Option 1: Spread on your favorite bread, or serve with crackers as an appetizer, or eat as a protein packed light lunch or snack.
For Tea sandwiches: Remove crust from your favorite bread and spread Ham Salad then place a layer of (lengthwise) sliced sweet pickles like gherkins. Cut in quarters making triangles or squares. Garnish with a few small picked slices stabbed with a toothpick and enjoy.
