Quick easy cocktail sauce. This ketchup based sauce is super easy for your “Superbowl” kick-off shrimp platters!
1 cup ketchup, low sodium
1 tablespoon horseradish, jarred , drained of juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice, or juice from 1/2 lemon, pits removed
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
In a small serving cup combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and serve.
To Store: Keep in air-tight container. Shelf-life: short: 48 hours.
